Shauna Crick

Shauna began her dance training at 6 years of age learning traditional techniques of jazz, ballet and tap at several dance schools across Sydney. But it was in the summer of 94/95 that really maximised her talent when a scout invited her to attend a summer workshop at the elite dance school Brent Street. Shauna then went on to win a 3 month scholarship at the Peter Oxford Academy of Dance training in Broadway Jazz. The program resulted in her signing to their agency where she toured and performed at some major productions including the annual television event, Christmas in the Domain and being an ambassador with Healthy Harold for Life Education Australia.

In 2007, Shauna successfully auditioned for a dance group which introduced her to Bollywood dancing. It allowed Shauna to explore some of her Indian roots and provided her with teaching opportunities in Bollywood hip hop for adults and kids. From 2008, Shauna travelled and worked overseas branching out into swing dancing at London's Pineapple Dance Studios and working as a co-choreographer at a West End pantomime of Aladdin. Shauna has been a back-up dancer for local and international music artists including Vanessa Amorosi, Nikki Webster, Wyclef Jean, Eve and Redfoo.

Now a qualified graphic designer and working in Education, Shauna continues to follow her Indian roots in Bollywood Sensations!
